4 large bell peppers
1 lb ground beef, lightly browned
1 large onion, chopped
1 cup cooked brown rice
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup ketchup
dash hot pepper sauce
1 tsp or less of salt
1/4 tsp or less of pepper
Combine all ingredients except peppers. Gently pack mixture into peppers which have been capped and seeded. Place in greased slow cooker.
Cover. Cook on low 9-11 hours, or High 5-6 hours.
